This project focuses on a CNC profile machining center that adopts an INCT transmission solution to support high-efficiency and high-precision production while ensuring stable machine delivery.

To address these challenges, INCT provided a complete transmission solution for the CNC profile machining center.
The solution integrates:
Supporting smooth linear motion and stable positioning accuracy.
Providing reliable torque transmission and stable motion under dynamic operating conditions.
Enabling efficient long-stroke motion while maintaining accuracy.
The overall configuration was selected to balance machining speed, precision, and system stability.
The implemented INCT solution achieved the following performance indicators:
🚀 Axis speed: X 60 m/min, Y/Z 28 m/min
🚀 Feed rate: up to 15,000 mm/min
🚀 Positioning accuracy: X 0.05 mm, Y/Z 0.02 mm
🚀 Repeatability: ±0.01 mm
