FM series silencer is designed for exhaust noise reduction in compressed air systems. It supports operating pressures up to 1.0 MPa and an ambient temperature range of −10 to 70 °C. Multiple BSPP thread sizes from G1/8 to G1 are available to accommodate different airflow requirements, with rated flow capacities up to 19 900 L/min.
The silencer achieves sound pressure levels below 77–84 dB(A) when measured at 6 bar and 1 m distance, while maintaining stable exhaust performance. The housing is made of POM with a PE sound-absorbing element, providing durability and consistent noise attenuation. All materials are free of copper and PTFE and comply with RoHS requirements, making the silencer suitable for a wide range of industrial pneumatic applications.
